My name is Amanda Tilsley. I'm originally from Ironton, Ohio. I moved to Flatwoods, KY 15 years ago. I am a stay at home mother of one wonderful daughter, Nicole who will be one year old in September. I have a bacholer's degree in Social Work from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. I met my husband, Chris in 2002 and a year later we got married. After learning about ACE through many TV shows about roller coaster, my husband researched ACE on the internet and discovered CoasterCon. We then learned ACE's CoasterCon was being held at Cedar Point that year we decided to join. We were pleasently surprised to learn of the amount of people who also shared our love of coasters. My husband and I have met many wonderful people through ACE and would like to encourage others to do the same. My favorite coasters are The Beast at Kings Island and Millennium Force at Cedar Point. My husband and I are an active part with our church's youth ministry team. I assist with the organization of the youth outings and church camps. I enjoy playing board games and video games in my spare time. I am looking forward to serving the Midwest Region and doing what I can to help Paul in all the hard work he puts into our regional activities. |
